ITINERARY
The itinerary is one of the main reasons this cruise is selling faster than the
previous four.
This is a seven day cruise, covering five great ports in four countries; with a
couple days at sea thrown in to help you relax.
Here is where we are going:
Depart New Orleans, Louisiana on February 5, 2012 (Sunday)
Get to know the ship with a day at sea on February 6, 2012 (Monday)
Arrive at Costa Maya, Mexico on February 7, 2012 (Tuesday)
Arrive at Belize City, Belize on February 8, 2012 (Wednesday)
Arrive at Roatan, Bay Island, Honduras on February 9, 2012 (Thursday)
Arrive at Cozumel, Mexico on February 10, 2012 (Friday)
Relaxing day at sea on February 11, 2012 (Saturday)
Arrive back at New Orleans, Louisiana on February 12, 2012 (Sunday)
This cruise has some of the best scuba diving and snorkeling available in one
trip.
The clear waters of the Western Caribbean.
Picture the sandy beaches, the palm trees, the sunsets and your there.
PRE-CRUISE ACTIVITIES
The Omaha Parrot Head Club is organizing a bus trip from
New Orleans, Louisiana to the newest Margaritaville Casino in Biloxi,
Mississippi.
The trip is being planned for February 3, 2012 (Friday). Details are still
being worked out, but the idea is to charter a bus to Biloxi in the afternoon,
have dinner at Margaritaville and back
that night.
Keep this extra trip in mind when planning your air travel.
This pre-cruise excursion to the newest Margaritaville Casino is
not part of
your cruise price - you will need to register for this excursion in advance.
Details are being worked out for a Bon Voyage party at the Margaritaville in New
Orleans for February 4, 2012 (Saturday night).

PRICING
Inside stateroom is $645 per person, with double occupancy
Ocean view stateroom is $695 per person, double occupancy
Balcony stateroom is $765 per person, double occupancy
These prices include all taxes, fees and port charges. Beacon Vacations
does not quote a low price and then hit you with a bunch of 'extra charges'.
Please call for pricing on suites or for additional people per stateroom.
A low deposit of $250 per person will hold your stateroom.
Final payment is due by November 1, 2011.
The pre-cruise bus trip to the Margaritavile in Biloxi is not included in the
cruise price. The bus trip price has not been determined yet.
Trip insurance is always recommended. The price of trip insurance is
dependant on several factors; Terry Oldenburg with
Beacon Vacations can answer all your questions.
AMENITIES
Beacon Vacations and Norwegian Cruise Lines (NCL) are
teaming up to offer a special list of amenities to anyone traveling as part of
this group.
- Each stateroom will receive $50 on-board credit.
- Each stateroom will receive a receipt for a $100 donation to the Ronald
McDonald House that you can use for your taxes.
- Each stateroom will receive a free group photo.
- Each stateroom will receive a free bottle of wine.
- Each stateroom will receive a free tray of chocolate covered pineapple.
- Each person is invited to a private party in Margaritaville in Cozumel,
Mexico.
- Each person is invited to multiple private parties featuring Capt. Josh
and games on the Ship.
This cruise, as with some of the previous cruises, we are bringing Capt. Josh to
perform at private ship-board parties.
Capt Josh will hopefully be performing at our private party in Cozumel, New
Orleans and Biloxi - Terry Oldenburg from Beacon Vacations
is working with the shore venues to secure permission for Capt Josh.

CHARITY
As with all Omaha Parrot Head Club events, this
cruise will benefit a charity. This year we are working with the Ronald
McDonald House.
For each stateroom sold we will donate $100 to the Ronald McDonald House of
Omaha.
Each stateroom will receive a charity donation receipt for your taxes - You get
a cruise and a tax deduction!
Ronald McDonald House Charities ® in Omaha helps families. The
organization provides for families that bring their sick children to our
community for medical care,
provides dental care to kids who might otherwise go without and supports
organizations that focus on improving children’s lives.

The Ronald McDonald House ® , situated at 620 S. 38th Avenue in Omaha.

greater community.
